As brief as I can be, my name is Barney Walters I am a wedding and portrait photographer based in the South West of the UK. I shoot lifestyle portraits in The South West and photograph wedding’s all over the UK and abroad. Photography is my life, and whilst wedding photography is my occupation, travel and film photography are my passions.
I thoroughly enjoy interacting with people and aim to provide my clients with a relaxed, friendly and thought out service. For my portraits I like to work on locations, at the beach, parks, family homes and other venues, however I also have a portable studio available.
The phrase I most often used to describe my wedding style is “A documentary approach, punctuated with prompted moments.”.
When not holding a camera, sat at the computer or driving up and down the country, your likely to find me planning my next adventure over seas or a skiing holiday with friends and family. I am a very keen traveller and over the past few years I have travelled from Paris to Rome, Brugge to Geneva, Las Cristianos to Prague and London to New York, to name a few.
Whilst travelling the world, I enjoy capturing my experiences with a range of photographic mediums, from the latest digital equipment to an iPhone or a ‘Pinhole Camera’ (definition given in person).
